Our membership plans cover the essential services your family needs to maintain a healthy smile all year long:

3 Exams: Comprehensive Exam, Periodic Exam, and 1 Limited Exam
2 Routine Cleanings: (Excludes periodontal maintenance or deep cleanings)
2 Fluoride Treatments
1 Set of Necessary X-Rays: BWXs, PAs, and Panoramic X-ray
20% Off All Recommended Treatment (see exclusions)

Exclusions

Discounts do not apply to:

Dental merchandise (toothbrushes, toothpaste, rinses, Waterpiks, etc.)
Dentures (full/partial), hybrids, Invisalign®, or any orthodontic services

Dr. Dao Nguyen

Dao Nguyen, DDS, was raised in Northern Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia before attending dental school at Howard University.

Dr. Ann Marie Leal

Ann Marie, DDS, Leal is a native of Chicago and earned her undergraduate degree from Quincy University.

Dr. Mita Dulabh

Dr. Mita Dulabh received her undergraduate degree and her doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
