April
Office Manager

April, a native of Louisiana, has called Northern Virginia home for over 10 years and considers it her second home. Upon moving to this area, she began her dental career as a sterilization technician gaining valuable entry-level exposure to the field. She attended Northern Virginia Community College as well as Advanced Dental Assistant School and after graduating she worked various clinical roles, including Orthodontic Assistant, Dental Assistant in Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and General Dentistry. April's dedication to providing a more personalized experience for patients inspired her to transition to Front Desk and Treatment Plan Coordinator. She then dove into Insurance Claims Consulting, Human Resources, and Practice Administration. Today, her role is Office Manager, bringing her wealth of experience to enhance both patient care and practice efficiency. With nearly a decade of experience, she’s certainly gained a well-rounded skill set, from clinical roles to administrative and management positions.
As Lorton Station Dental Care’s Office Manager, April ensures the practice runs smoothly and efficiently like a well-oiled machine, creating a working environment focused on providing an exceptional and personal dental experience for all patients. April’s management style encourages and supports her team members, April is a team player and brings her positivity, warm personality, and bright smile everyday.
April is committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one! She loves interacting with people and hopes to make everybody feel welcomed from the moment they walk into our office. In her eyes, you’re not just a patient but you are family and she likes to treat you like one every time you come into our office. She believes the most rewarding thing about being in the dental field is seeing patients happy with their new smiles and actually being put at ease when coming to see us.
Away from the office, April enjoys traveling, cooking, watching sports and spending time with her children, family and friends.

Masih
RDH

Masih is known for his gentle approach and attention to detail, Masih is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with over a decade of experience. He began his career with us in 2014 after graduating from Allegany College of Maryland's Dental Hygiene program. While there, he was elected as the Vice President of the Student American Dental Hygienists Association and received the Colgate S.T.A.R. Award which recognizes graduating dental hygiene students who show excellence and commitment to the dental hygiene profession.
Masih is certified in CPR, Nitrous Oxide, and administering Local Anesthesia. He specializes in providing thorough dental cleanings, preventive care, and education to help patients maintain optimal oral health and a beautiful smile.
When he isn’t at the office, Masih enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and cooking. Also, he is a new parent and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Kristin
RDH

Kristin earned her associate degree in General Studies in her hometown of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She then went on to receive her associate degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene at Allegany College of Maryland, where she was elected Vice President of her class and the Student American Dental Hygiene Association (SADHA). Kristin was also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Kristin is a compassionate clinician who strongly believes in an approach to dental hygiene that is meticulous yet extremely gentle. She loves attending continuing education classes and staying up to date with the latest and greatest technology in dentistry. She is devoted to patient care and education and will go above and beyond to make your dental experience a positive one. She enjoys traveling, reading and attending Zumba classes- but nothing tops spending time with her husband and son!
Griselda
BSDH, RDH, CDA, FADHA

A native of Fairfax County, Virginia, Griselda Lopez embarked on her dental career during high school, gaining an early exposure to the field. With 19 years of dental experience, she has held diverse roles including Orthodontic Assistant, Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, and college Instructor. Griselda earned her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Virginia Community College and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Wichita State University. She is an active member of the Virginia Dental Hygienists' Association and was granted Fellowship with the American Dental Hygienists' Association.
She is committed to learning the latest advancements in dental technology and education. She has pursued extensive continuing education, earning certifications in Oral Systemic Education, Diode Laser, and Nitrous Oxide.
Her professional philosophy centers on an oral-systemic approach, recognizing the connection between oral health and overall well-being. Griselda enjoys giving her time to mentoring others, volunteering at dental events, and educating the community.
